We’re Hiring: Youth & Young Adult Pastor (Hourly)

INtentional Church is growing — and we’re looking for the right leader to grow with us.

We are seeking a passionate, relational, and visionary Youth & Young Adult Pastor to lead and develop our Youth & Adult Ministry, Camp Incredible Summer Camp, and INtentional Afterschool Program.

This is more than a position — it’s an opportunity to shape the next generation. We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, connects naturally with students and young adults, builds strong volunteer teams, and is committed to doing ministry with excellence and intentionality.

This is an hourly position requiring evening and weekend availability, with increased hours during summer camp season.
